Who Caused COVID-19?

Who Caused COVID-19?The root cause of COVID-19 dates back to just after the 9/11 attacks in 2001 when anthrax-laced letters sent via U.S. Postal Service infected twenty-three people and killed five of them. This is the anthrax-laced letter sent to U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy:

Anthrax letter

A biological attack on U.S. soil, supposedly by Muslim(s) who wrote, "Allah is great" (above), spurred the U.S. military to restart biological weapons research, but both the Geneva Convention and the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC), which USA signed in 1972, banned such research. To get around these bans, the U.S. military instructed the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), led by Anthony Fauci, to conduct "Gain-of-Function" research.

What does "Gain-of-Function" research do?

It genetically modifies viruses and bacteria to make them gain the function of being more lethal and/or infectious. The official justification is that creating more dangerous versions of viruses and bacteria enables vaccines to be developed against them, to be prepared in case such viruses and bacteria are created by our enemies or arise naturally. In reality, "Gain-of-Function" research is biological weapons research that has been euphemistic rebranded to skirt the international bans against it.

To fund its gain-of-function research, the U.S. military began pumping $1.6 billion annually into NIAID, which boosted NIAID's budget by 26%. And to spend that money, NIAID Director Anthony Fauci farmed out U.S. military's gain-of-function research to eleven non-military labs across USA.

(Note: In 2010 - seven years after the invasion of Iraq - the FBI ended its nine year investigation into the 2001 anthrax letters and concluded that they had been sent by Bruce Ivins, a microbiologist at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) - the U.S. military's main biological weapons lab - at Fort Detrick in Maryland. Ivins was found dead just before he was to be indicted. Suspicions, however, have been raised about a greater U.S. government involvement than one rogue military microbiologist, who always claimed his innocence, for three reasons. First, U.S. Senator Tom Daschle also received an anthrax-laced letter, and the anthrax spores in his were 0.0015 to 0.003 millimeters in diameter, many times smaller than the finest grade anthrax produced by either the U.S. or the Soviet biological weapons programs (source) known at that time. It also included a silicon dioxide anti-clumping additive of such sophistication that specialists at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory could not duplicate it despite 56 attempts (source). The unprecedented sophistication of the anthrax sent to Senator Daschle far exceeded the work that any single microbiologist could do, so a number of politicians, including Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Arlen Specter, called for further investigations but were not heeded. Second, soon after the anthrax attacks, the Bush administration began claiming that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction that threaten America and began building its case for invading Iraq. Third, Leahy and Daschle, the only two U.S. senators to whom the anthrax letters had been sent had both voiced opposition to what would become The Patriot Act.)

The Creation of the Virus

In 2008, the gain-of-function research that Anthony Fauci had farmed out to non-military labs in USA led to a major breakthrough when University of North Carolina (UNC) virologist Ralph Baric (second to last name in this journal article) and others reported genetically modifying the bat coronavirus' spike protein receptor to create "the largest synthetic replicating life form" - a bat SARS-like coronavirus - "to test a possible route of emergence ... to human SARS-CoV":

Such genetic manipulation of viruses is extremely dangerous, and the number of accidents that fortunately were mitigated but could have triggered catastrophic pandemics began to rise. After one particularly egregious accident, 300 concerned scientists sent an urgent letter to the White House on July 14, 2014 and publicly called for all gain-of-function research to be stopped. Pressured by the public outcry that followed, President Barack Obama on October 17, 2014 banned such research on SARS, MERS and influenza viruses.

Offshoring the Virus to China

In response, Anthony Fauci shut down most of his gain-of-function projects but not the most promising one; to continue the research on bat coronavirus that had provided the aforementioned breakthrough, he instructed UNC's Ralph Baric to move it offshore to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China where Zhengli Shi, a virologist known as "The Bat Lady," was leading China's research on bat coronaviruses. Fauci then financed that research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and skirted the aforementioned ban by laundering money through EcoHealth Alliance, an organization run by a zoologist named Peter Daszak (From 2014 to 2020, EcoHealth Alliance also received $33.85 million directly from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) of the U.S. Department of Defense (source)).

A year later in 2015, Zhengli Shi and Ralph Baric co-authored (the last two names below), along with others, a journal article in which they announced the next major breakthrough: having used human airway cells and genetic engineering to make the bat coronavirus infect the human lung:

Anthony Fauci's NIAID is a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which the article's last section, subtitled "Biosafety and biosecurity," identifies as the agency that funded and approved these genetic experiments: "This paper has been reviewed by the funding agency, the NIH. Continuation of these studies was requested, and this has been approved by the NIH":

This video explains the biochemistry of their "gain-of-function" experiments:

Why did Wuhan Institute of Virology agree to do such dangerous experiments?

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had wished to conduct biological weapons research for some time but had lacked the knowledge to build the needed lab. So the CCP had the French design Wuhan Institute of Virology with the understanding that French scientists would conduct "civilian" research alongside Chinese scientists. By 2014, however, China's military - People's Liberation Army - had moved in, excluded the French scientists, and were conducting biological weapons research on its own. The Americans were offering technology transfer as well as money, and the CCP ultimately would decide how much of the results, if any, to share with the Americans.

What key decision did Barack Obama and Joe Biden make?

On January 9, 2017 - eleven days before Donald Trump's presidential inauguration - the outgoing President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden quietly reversed the 2014 ban on gain-of-function research and attached prerequisite conditions that will take several months to be met, ensuring that the lifting of the ban will be attributed to the presidency of Donald Trump. This reversal was engineered by their White House Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) - also known as their "Science Czar" - John Holdren, a radical champion of genocidal depopulation who had called for "compulsory abortion," as well as "adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods" to depopulate America and had recognized "Biological warfare laboratories are potential sources of a manmade 'solution' to the population explosion" (details).

When facing a decision that they lack the time to implement, it is customary for outgoing presidents to defer that decision to the incoming president or to at least inform him of having made that decision. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden neither deferred the decision to lift the ban on gain-of-function research to the incoming President Trump nor inform him of it before or after they left office.

On December 19, 2017, NIH Director Francis Collins, an Obama appointee, stated that the conditions set by President Obama had been met and lifted the ban on gain-of-function research, but did not inform President Trump about it or the fact that Anthony Fauci was using taxpayer dollars to fund gain-of-function research at a Chinese military lab in Wuhan, China.

In 2018, the U.S. Embassy in Beijing repeatedly sent science diplomats to the Wuhan Institute of Virology over safety concerns, met with Zhengli Shi, and reported to Washington via cable that the "lab has a serious shortage of appropriately trained technicians and investigators needed to safely operate this high-containment laboratory," and added that the Chinese "researchers also showed that various SARS-like coronaviruses can interact with ACE2, the human receptor identified for SARS-coronavirus. This finding strongly suggests that SARS-like coronaviruses from bats can be transmitted to humans to cause SARS-like diseases" (source).

It should also be noted that while the Wuhan Institute of Virology's high security wing was completed in 2015, the quality of construction was shoddy, which is common in China. By 2019, its negative air system and sewage system, both crucial to containing and sterilizing dangerous germs, were broken (source).

The Virus Escapes

On September 12, 2019, the Wuhan Institute of Virology suddenly and without explanation deleted its prized database of 22,000 virus samples, and signed a contract four days later to spend $606 million - triple the cost to build a brand new laboratory from ground up - on a "central air conditioning renovation project" (source). Soon thereafter, at least three of Zhengli Shi's staff at the lab were found hospitalized. So while the SARS-CoV-2 virus could have escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology earlier, the lab began to take mitigating measures by September 12, 2019.

So who caused COVID-19?

The people and the institutions that caused this pandemic include Anthony Fauci and the NIAID, Ralph Baric and the University of North Carolina, Peter Daszak and EcoHealth Alliance, Zhengli Shi and the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Francis Collins and the NIH, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, their Science Czar John Holdren, and others who instructed and funded NIAID, EcoHealth Alliance and/or Wuhan Institute of Virology to alter the genetic code of SARS-CoV-2 virus (proof) to enable it to infect human lung cells.

The video below is transcribed from 0:39 to 1:24 and from 2:52 to 3:14 as follows:

Senator Rand Paul: "Juicing up superviruses is not new. Scientists in the US have long known how to mutate animal viruses to infect humans. For years, Dr. Ralph Baric, a virologist in the US, has been collaborating with Dr. Shi Zhengli of the Wuhan Virology Institute, sharing his discoveries about how to create superviruses. This gain of function research has been funded by the NIH. The collaboration between the US and the Wuhan Virology Institute continues. Doctors Baric and Shi worked together to insert bat virus spike protein into the backbone of the deadly SARS virus, and then used this man-made supervirus to infect human airway cells... Do you still support sending money to the Wuhan Virology Institute?"

Anthony Fauci: "We do not send money now to the Wuhan Virology Institute."

Senator Rand Paul: "We did. Under your tutelage, we were sending it through EcoHealth. It was a sub-agency and a sub-grant. Do you support the money from NIH that was going to the Wuhan [Virology] Institute?"

Anthony Fauci: "Let me explain to you why that was done."
